Oats Khichdi – Oats cooked with Moong dal and vegetables flavored with Indian Spices; a simple comforting healthy meal!
Are you looking for a quick fix for dinner? And a healthy one too? Then, book mark this recipe as you are gonna love it. I hated oats until I heard about the benefits of it from my Doctor. Since then, I have been experimenting different recipes using oats. Though it doesn't have a taste of its own, it easily blends itself with the other ingredients added to it like Rava. I love oats porridge but my favorite is khichdi – Oats cooked with dal and vegetables flavored with spices – a hearty healthy meal.
