Just toss in all the ingredients in a blender and enjoy your weekend morning with a protein packed smoothie!
Since the smoothie contains Oats, it will satisfy your hunger pack too. Use ripen bananas, ripen in the sense, it should ripen such that I will smash easily. Look for the banana which has the black skin!
Ingredients:
¼ cup of old-fashioned oats
1 Banana, ripen
¼ Strawberry, hulled
1 cup of Almond Milk (Any milk can be used)
1 tablespoon Chia Seeds
Honey to taste, optional
Method:
Combine all the ingredients and blend them in the blender smoothly
Mix honey and enjoy !
