Mini Potato Cheesy Au Gratin – A French delicacy – Gratin prepared with mini potatoes, butter, milk and with lot of cheese
Being a foodie, I love to explore various cuisines and their dishes. One of my favorites is French cuisines as it is heavily influenced by Italian cuisines. Their typical meal has three courses – a simple starter (soup is a popular option), the main dish (this could be as basic as a quick chicken recipe), and then cheese and fruit for dessert. French Cuisines has many varieties and Gratin is always my first choice. Today’s post is about a cheesy potato gratin.
Gratin is a French Cuisine usually prepared in a shallow oven-safe container and served as such in the baked container itself. The gratin dish is baked or cooked till the browned crust is formed on the top and served warmly. Mini Potato Cheesy Au gratin is prepared using grated potatoes in a buttered milk topped with cheese of your choice. Prepare this cheesy gooey potato gratin for your loved ones and I am sure they will love you back too.
